Would recommend running the fan overnight, building sits along a significant highway and truckers were using engine breaks to slow which could be controlled with a background of fan noise. Overall a good value and a good spot between southern and central Maine.”

What they marketed was exactly what they offered. The check in process was uncertain as we were supposed to show up to an already open cabin without having to contact anyone prior. “I booked a unit which has a loft and they moved me to a smaller one without ever telling me. So, someone had to sleep on the futon which was disgusting and so uncomfortable it’s not suitable for sleeping (needs a new mattress). There were no sheets for it either. The place was relatively clean except for REALLY gross carpet and one thing that is inexcusable. There was rat poop in the silverware drawer and in the pots/pans. The back deck is fantastic but I would still never stay here again!”

“The cabin was located on a lake, and as advertised a beautiful setting. Nice screened in front porch over looking the lake. The mattress was a disaster, lumpy and no support. The bed totally filled the bedroom with the bed pushed up against the doorway, and we literally had to crawl over eachother to exit. I tried sleeping on the fold out bed and it was even worse with springs sticking in my back. Also, the floor was rotting and beginning to cave in near the entryway. Needs repairs and NEW...
